Heat is recency-weighted open-market buys: SEC Form 4 code P for U.S. domestic issuers, and SEDI nature code 10 for TSX / TSX-V names. Two or more officers buying the same name, and a CEO/president title on Form 4, get a boost. Sales in the window damp the score.

The book favors a weekly washout (RSI 20–48) with an intact monthly, plus a fresh filing. Names that already ran more than 12% since the last buy while the weekly trend is down, or that print a weekly RSI above 72, go to Avoid the open.
