Today’s book is rebuilt on every site update (morning and 6 PM). It mixes three tape boards — Filed ingest time, committee-overlap conflicts, and recency-weighted buy heat — with weekly and monthly technicals from the closes on file. A weekly washout (RSI 20–48) with an intact monthly (RSI ≥ 45 or price near the 10-month) is favored. Names that already ran more than 12% since the last official buy while the weekly trend is still down, or that print a weekly RSI above 72, are pushed to Avoid the open.
